Billing Quality Administrator – JHB Northern Suburbs – Diploma/Degree in Accounting

Our Client requires the services of a Billing Quality Administrator in the Finance Department at their Johannesburg Head Office. We require a diligent and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.

Qualifications & experience

Diploma or Degree in Accounting

Matric

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an annuity / subscription billing environment

Strong Excel and MS Access proficiency

Key roles and responsibilities:

▪ Comparisons on billing data to ensure all updates are correctly processed and interfaced

▪ Ensure all errors and discrepancies are corrected

▪ Manage the daily interface list, including investigation and correction of errors

▪ Logging of requests for technical interventions and enhancements

▪ Testing of system changes that are made

▪ Ad hoc revenue quality assurance projects and reporting

▪ Validation and processing of pricing requests within agreed Service Level Agreement

▪ Assisting with maintenance of pricing tables including price increases

▪ Accurate and timely preparation and processing of month-end files, journals and reconciliations
