Sales Manager – PORT ELIZABETH AA/EE – R50K CTC + benefits
Our Client requires the services of a Sales Manager to promote Our Client to the industry and to meet sales targets. The objective is to provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase volumes from all channels and at the same time ensures cost control to budget within the department.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
A Marketing / Sales B degree or equivalent qualification will be advantageous.
At least 3 years sales management experience (an external sales team of at least 10 )
At least 5 years Sales and Marketing experience.
Good networking abilities and experience built in at least one of the current Our Client Sales channels (Insurance Industry, Dealer Market, Fleet etc)
A high level of business acumen.
A strong personality with a passion for sales and people
Strong leadership abilities, using a style congruent with the Our Client Values
Maturity and experience in sales management to be effective across multiple channels
Driving sales in the region across all channels (Insurance, Dealer market, Fleet, Tenders)
Managing and motivating the entire sales team to achieve individual and regional sales targets
Assisting the Regional Manager in increasing Our Client’s market share in the region across channels
General management of all policies, processes, systems relating to sales at regional level. For example, commissions, petrol usage, sales vehicles etc.
Manage the provision of service to existing clients and follow through on resolution of queries and customer service issues
Support the sales team in the provision of customer service excellence in the region
Manage the regional sales reporting mechanism for input into overall regional and company reporting.
Manage the administration of contracts at regional level
Manage the regional sales budget
