Senior Human Administration Officer – HR Tertiary Qualification – East Rand – 5 Years’ Experience
Salary R35,000 CTC
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The main function of the Senior Human Resources Administration Officer is to provide an efficient, effective and accurate Human Resources Administration function. This role is not limited to Human Resources Administration but may require involvement in projects and audits related to the broader Human Resources functions.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Department post qualification.
Worked with Human Resources information systems such as VIP or other related payroll systems.
Reside on the East Rand
Working understanding of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI)
HR Tertiary qualification advantageous
Provident Fund and Medical aid rules
Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (BBBEE)
Provisions of the Main Agreement (NBCRFLI)
Human Resources Policies and Procedures
MS Office packages such as Excel, Power Point, Word.
Working hours are strictly 8 to 5 – not negotiable,
Extensive knowledge of the following acts is required:
Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Labour Relations Act
Main collective agreement
Report writing and communication skills
Planning, organising and co-ordination skills
Fully proficient in MS Word at an advanced level for example mail merging and document formatting.
Fully proficient in MS Excel at an advanced level for example V-lookups, formulas, pivot tables, document comparison.
Ability to compile professional presentations on MS Power Point.
Superior business writing skills with careful attention to detail maintaining a professional approach KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
