Branch Manager – Production – Pinetown, KZN

To commence duties on 01 November 2026

Minimum requirements:

·        Qualified Millwright or Electrician

·        Matric

·        Valid SA Driver’s Licence

·        Must have sound knowledge of Production processes as well as a minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience as a Production Manager or a similar role

Job Description:

·        Supervising factory staff and all daily activities.

·        Manage multiple facets of the facility including logistics.

·        Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

·        Order and control all raw materials needed for production.

·        Ensure the correct orders/pickings leave the warehouse.

·        Checking of orders, stock received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

·        Attend the daily production planning meeting and plan daily production timeously.

·        Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Submit daily production by 8am, the next day.

·        Check daily clocking of hourly paid employees and approve all clocking’s before 8h30 on payday.

·        Perform daily inspections on all plant/equipment and repair all defects found.

·        Communicate and co-ordinate sales orders/pickings with factory staff.

·        Responsible for ensuring factory, equipment and premises are always clean and neat.

·        Perform monthly stock takes.

·        Daily opening and closing of facility. Including activating of alarm system.

·        Assist/support the admin/sales staff when required | Manage local admin staff
