An Internal Sales Team Leader is responsible for the day-today operations of the internal sales department. This includes driving the various systems involved in the sales process, ensuring that quotes are sent to customers accurately and timeously, and creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers to feel welcome.

Duties and responsibilities:

·        Supervision of internal sales   Support staff to meet set targets

·        Create and maintain a positive culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of internal sales and support staff.
